We hope that our wedding party can join us for dinner. This will allow everyone to meet each other and socialize. We will also use this time to go over the weekend schedule so everyone knows what is happening.

The Rehearsal

This will be the first time we will see the room set up. We will run through the ceremony with all participants present. The rehearsal will take place in the Sonota Ballroom. We ask that everyone gets there promptly so we can run through the ceremony a couple of times. We ask that the wedding party please bring all clothes for the wedding for the dressing rooms.
The Rehearsal Dinner

The rehearsal dinner will allow family members and wedding party to get to know each other better. We will go directly from the rehearsal to the rehearsal dinner, so out-of-town family and friends can follow people who are familiar with the restaurant. We will also be providing maps to and from the restaurant.
The Ceremony

Seating for the ceremony will begin at 3:30 PM. We will be having a photo guest book before and after the ceremony. We would love it if you would participate in helping us remember this joyous occasion. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm.
The Reception

There will be a cocktail hour prior to the reception. Please feel free to enjoy some refreshments while the wedding party finishes formal pictures. Seating for dinner will take place at approximately 6:00 PM.
